Position Description:
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience in employee benefits, including experience in a supervisory capacity. The qualified candidate will have expertise managing self-funded health plans, working with vendors, overseeing compliance activities, and directing the open enrollment process. The Benefits Manager should be well-versed in benefits laws and regulations, including ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA. This person should also have excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a Benefits Manager to spearhead employee and partner benefits programs, ensuring a best-in-class benefits experience for all members of the firm. This position will involve leading the renewal process, presenting strategic recommendations to leadership, and developing reporting, analytics, and key performance metrics to measure program effectiveness. The Benefits Manager will also be responsible for managing all LOA and disability programs, developing benefits communications, and coordinating onboarding for new hires, as well as managing and mentoring junior team members.
Annual Salary (US$): 150,000-180,000 /annual
