Position Description:
An established law firm seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide document production and administrative support to Associates and Partners at their Washington, DC office location. This person will be expected to prepare and revise legal documents, maintain Outlook contacts and calendars, and serve as a trusted and confidential gatekeeper. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling Microsoft Teams conference calls, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, and processing timesheets and expense reports.
Required Skills:
This position requires at least five years of administrative support experience as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This individual should have effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate will also have strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to accommodate the changing needs of the firm.
Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-125,000 /annual
