Position Description:

A leading global law firm seeks a Legal Team Coordinator to oversee the secretarial staff in the Washington, DC office. This administrative role will involve providing secretarial support to a group of attorneys, including anticipating their needs, preparing legal documents, and managing calendars, as well as tracking time entries and assisting with client billing. Additionally, this person will be tasked with coordinating workflow within the department, assisting with recruitment efforts, training new hires, tracking attendance, and collecting performance feedback.

Position Requirements:

The firm seeks a candidate with at least five years of legal support experience, including prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity. This person should have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively. Additionally, the Legal Team Coordinator should be adaptable to changing demands and capable of handling confidential information.
