Position Description:
A multi-office law firm is seeking a Docketing Specialist to join the Managing Attorney’s Office. This person will be responsible for filing and serving documents in state and federal courts as well as docketing and calendaring deadlines in the CourtAlert program. The candidate in this role will review daily and weekly litigation calendars to ensure accuracy and complete research projects through PACER, NYSCEF, BloombergLaw, and other online databases.

Required Skills:
The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a Managing Clerk’s Office. This person should have a proactive, hardworking, and detail-oriented work ethic, as well as strong communication, project management, and organizational skills. The team seeks an outgoing professional who can learn quickly and adapt to changing demands.

Annual Salary (US$): 75,000-90,000 /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
