Position Description:
A terrific law firm seeks a Rates & Pricing Specialist to work closely with the Revenue Manager, Partners, and other professionals regarding all facets of client billing arrangements. This position will involve maintaining current and historical rate information, reviewing engagement letters and RFPs for new matters, and inputting all relevant information in the Elite 3E system. The Specialist will monitor AFAs, incorporate estimates and budgets into the firm’s databases, and ensure compliance with established guidelines. In addition, the Specialist will generate a variety and analyze a variety of spreadsheets and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skills:
The firm is seeking a motivated professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience, including proficiency with Elite or Aderant as well as Microsoft Excel. The person selected for this role will demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and apply a detail-oriented approach. The Specialist should also have excellent organizational and project management skills.
Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-115,000 /annual
