Position Description:
A boutique law firm seeks a Communications & Marketing Manager to work closely with Partners and leadership to advance the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives. This person will advise attorneys on cross-selling initiatives, business development planning, and strategic media outreach, in addition to creating PowerPoint presentations and printed pitch materials for client meetings. The Manager will be responsible for running the firm’s podcast, generating client email blasts, updating the firm’s website, drafting attorney bios, and drafting content for newsletters. The Manager will also oversee the firm’s award submissions process, plan a variety of events, and supervise other team members.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks a legal marketing professional with at least four years of experience, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Products, and Canva. The individual selected for this position will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to establish positive rapport with internal or external parties, and a proactive work ethic. This person should also be well-versed in public relations best practices and adaptable to changing demands.
