Position Description:
An outstanding law firm seeks a Docket Clerk to work closely with colleagues in the Managing Attorney’s Office. This position will involve docketing all court materials, advising the attorneys on various court procedures, and serving and filing litigation documents. This person will also be responsible for conducting research, monitoring upcoming filing deadlines, and responding to inquiries from attorneys and staff.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks a legal support professional with two or more years of docketing experience and knowledge of state and federal court systems. This person will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently. This person should have a proactive work ethic and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
