Position Description:
A top law firm is seeking a highly qualified Litigation Paralegal to join the firm’s Financial Services Practice and support the attorneys with financial services litigation and arbitration matters. This person will be responsible for all facets of case management, including tracking calendar deadlines, creating and maintaining case files, preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating court filings, and cite checking briefs as needed. This person will be tasked with conducting legal research, preparing discovery and witness files, and preparing discovery requests, as well as drafting privilege logs. This position will also involve organizing logistics for upcoming trials and arbitrations, providing on-site support, and coordinating services with vendors and other external parties.

Required Skills:
In addition to a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, the firm is seeking someone with familiarity with financial services practices such as SEC compliance and arbitrations under FINRA. This person should demonstrate phenomenal attention to detail as well as exceptional communication, time management, and critical thinking skills. The Paralegal should also be well-versed in legal research databases, trial support software, and eDiscovery platforms. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is critical to meet the demands of the role.

Annual Salary (US$): 110,000-145,000 /annual
