Position Description:
A collaborative law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal. The firm seeks a candidate who can successfully review and file UCC financing statements, mortgages, and deeds, in addition to analyzing title commitments, zoning reports, and other real estate documents. The Paralegal will be responsible for contributing to all facets of closing and post-closing activities, including overseeing contracts, preparing binders, and ordering due diligence reports.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks a qualified Real Estate Paralegal with at least five years of experience in addition to a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate. This person should also demonstrate excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
