Position Description:
The Legal Recruiting Department of a terrific law firm seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Washington, DC office. The person in this role will have the opportunity to be involved in both entry-level and lateral attorney recruitment, including reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding and integration efforts. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the execution of the Summer Associate Program, including event planning, mentorship pairings, and feedback analysis. Most importantly, this individual will identify opportunities to promote the firm and enhance the firm’s talent acquisition efforts.
Required Skills:
The qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. The Recruiting Coordinator must be a team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidential information. In addition, the firm seeks an enthusiastic professional who can represent the firm and communicate effectively at all levels.
Annual Salary (US$): 70,000-85,000 /annual
