Position Description:
A forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Class of 2019-2023 Associate to join the Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice and focus on researching and vetting new cases for the firm. This role will involve conducting extensive research using databases and business intelligence tools, running planning meetings, and reviewing documents obtained in discovery. This position will involve drafting documents, briefs, and legal memoranda, supporting preparations for mediations and arbitrations, and participating in settlement conferences. This position is a great opportunity for someone with experience in consumer protection law that would like to move away from a traditional practice role.
Required Skills:
In addition to data privacy experience, this person must have exceptional legal analysis, writing, and research skills. This person should have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a keen interest in critical thinking and client intake. The Associate must be able to juggle competing priorities and have flexibility to work overtime or travel as needed to meet the demands of the role.
Annual Salary (US$): 160,000-190,000 /annual
