Position Description:
A global law firm seeks a Senior BD Manager to service the firm’s Litigators within the Washington, DC office. This position will involve collaborating with the attorneys on the creation of individual and practice-specific marketing plans, creating customized pitch materials, and identifying opportunities to enhance the visibility of the firm’s litigation practices. This person will be responsible for overseeing directory submissions, supporting attorney integration efforts, and mentoring other team members.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks an outgoing and enthusiastic professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of related experience, including prior exposure to a litigation practice. This person will demonstrate excellent communication, project management, and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to take initiative while working collaboratively. The Senior BD Manager should also be organized, punctual, and adaptable to changing demands.
Annual Salary (US$): 190,000-220,000 /annual
