Position Description:
A leading global law firm seeks an Attorney Recruiting Manger to manage firm recruiting efforts at the Washington, D.C. office. The Manager will be responsible for representing the firm when interacting with law schools, search firms, and professional organizations, as well as working closely with Partners to facilitate lateral associate recruiting. This person will also play a leadership role in the DC for the successful planning and execution of the Summer Associate Program. In addition, this position will involve collaborating with other offices to ensure consistent strategy across the firm.
Position Requirements:
The firm requests a candidate with at least four years of experience in legal recruiting and a Bachelor’s Degree. Applicants must demonstrate stellar communication, writing, and presentation skills. The successful Recruiting Manager will be a strong leader with a team-oriented mindset, in addition to possessing the ability to multitask efficiently while meeting deadlines. Some travel is necessary for recruiting events.
