Position Description:
A sophisticated law firm is seeking a mid-level paralegal to join the firm’s Mass Torts team. This role will involve supporting the attorneys with preparing for depositions, indexing discovery documents, and cite checking documents, as well as creating TOC and TOA for court submissions. This person will also be responsible for preparing exhibits, conducting research, and coordinating services with internal and external parties, as well as organizing document productions.
Required Skills:
To qualify for this position, an individual must have at least four years of relevant paralegal experience, proficiency with electronic filings, and knowledge of arbitration rules and procedures. This person should be comfortable with cite checking, using legal research databases, and utilizing PACER/ECF. This individual should also have strong critical thinking, project management, and communication skills.
Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-130,000 /annual
