Position Description:
A prestigious law firm is seeking an Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator. The Coordinator will assist with all facets of the firm’s recruiting and development needs, including lateral hiring, summer associate programming, and attorney training and development. Other responsibilities will include planning new associate orientation and onboarding, coordinating CLE programs, and providing support for mentoring initiatives.
Required Skills:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and two or more years of experience in attorney recruiting and/or professional development. The qualified Recruiting & Development Coordinator will have superior communication skills, a commitment to professional growth, and the ability to work collaboratively. Other key skills will include project management and a strong attention to detail.
Annual Salary (US$): 80,000-100,000 /annual
