Position Description:
A global law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to service attorneys within a thriving Capital Markets Practice. This position will involve developing strategic business development plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and supporting attorneys with new business opportunities and pitch meetings. The BD Manager will be responsible for conducting industry research, preparing proposals and responses to RFPs, and gathering competitive intelligence. This person will also be tasked with facilitating knowledge management, including the maintenance of marketing materials, experience tracking, and the upkeep of pitch decks.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a business development professional with a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in business development; prior exposure to a capital markets practice is strongly preferred. The Business Development Manager must have superb client service and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated work ethic, and a professional and detail-oriented approach. This person must be able to demonstrate strong relationship building skills as well as the ability to establish positive rapport with attorneys and colleagues.
Annual Salary (US$): 160,000-195,000 /annual
