Position Description:

An established law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support several Partners and Associates in the New York office. This exciting, fast-paced position will involve assisting with calendar management, document production, and new client intake. The person in this role will assist with tracking billable hours, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining files, in addition to handling other administrative responsibilities as requested by the attorneys. The Administrative Assistant will also be tasked with answering and directing calls and greeting guests upon arrival at the Reception Desk.

Position Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least a year of experience in an administrative support position. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and an ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
