Position Description:
The Title & Survey Coordinator will be responsible for supporting attorneys with all facets of real estate transactions with a focus on conducting title and survey review projects. This person will be tasked with ordering and analyzing title commitments, recorded documents and surveys, as well as writing title review summaries and objection letters. This role will also involve preparing closing documents and closing checklists, coordinating entity formation, and overseeing lien searches.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a legal professional with a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience working within a commercial real estate practice. This person should be well-versed in title survey requirements, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and committed to professional growth. The Coordinator should also have excellent research, analytical thinking, and writing skills.
Annual Salary (US$): 105,000-150,000 /annual
