Position Description:
An established law firm is seeking a Collections Manager to lead the completion of all collection efforts and related reporting. The Manager will be responsible for monitoring client accounts, identifying any collections issues, and working collaboratively with the billing team and respective attorneys to collect outstanding balances. This role will involve preparing status reports, generating budgets and forecasts, and creating estimates of projected collections, in addition to preparing documents for write-offs or adjustments. The Manager will also be tasked with determining follow up actions and contacting clients to ensure the firm achieves its collections goals.
Required Skills:
The firm requests a candidate that has a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of law firm collections experience, including experience in a supervisory capacity. This person should have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Elite Enterprise, and Electronic Billing Systems as well as the ability to manipulate and analyze data within complex spreadsheets. Additionally, the Manager should have excellent time and task management skills.
Annual Salary (US$): 175,000-190,000 /annual
