Position Description:
A global law firm seeks an HR Project Manager to work closely with HRBPs and firm leadership to spearhead transformational HR projects, with attention to continuous improvement and organizational optimization. This person will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of initiatives by developing project plans and timelines, tracking progress, and quickly resolving any issues that arise. This position will involve recommending improvement strategies to HRBPs, identifying ways to streamline services and processes, and implementing scalable solutions. The person in this role will also be tasked with gathering and analyzing feedback from employees, as well as ensuring smooth transitions and adoptions for any new programs.
Position Requirements:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of HR experience, including proven expertise in HR best practices. This person should be well-versed in leading cross-functional projects within fast-paced settings, with outstanding communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. This person should also have proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
