Position Description:
A growing law firm is seeking a Practice Assistant to provide administrative support to a group of Litigators. This role will involve managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for generating a variety of documents, correspondence, and reports, organizing materials for upcoming meetings, and alerting the attorney of any outstanding business. The Practice Assistant will also be tasked with communicating with clients and tracking the attorneys’ billable hours.
Position Requirements:
This position requires at least one year of experience working in an administrative capacity. The qualified candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well in a high-pressure setting, proficiency multitasking effectively, and exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills. The Practice Assistant must be a team player who can quickly adjust to changing demands and apply a detail-oriented approach.
