Position Description:
A growing, boutique law firm seeks a Recruiting Coordinator for the New York office. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting all attorney recruitment initiatives, including organizing interview schedules, collecting feedback from attorneys and candidates, and generating offer letters. This person will be responsible for planning logistics for recruitment events and orientation programs, communicating the firm’s needs to placement agencies, and providing updates to pending applicants. The Coordinator will also be tasked with recommending new outreach initiatives, tracking applicant data, and supporting the successful execution of the firm’s Summer Associate Program.

Required Skills:
The qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of legal recruiting experience. The Recruiting Coordinator must be able to apply a detail-oriented approach, effectively multi-task competing priorities, and build strong relationships across the firm. This person must also be a team player that is willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in where needed.

Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-100,000 /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
