Position Description:
A mid-sized law firm is seeking an IT Trainer to provide technical training to end-users in the New York office. This person will be responsible for developing and executing engaging training experiences by developing lesson plans and instructional materials, encouraging user adoption, and creating documents and quick reference guides. The Trainer will also be tasked with identifying internal training needs, troubleshooting applications when needed, and evaluating different technology and/or training platforms to enhance future outcomes.
Position Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have several years of IT training experience, including 2+ years within a law firm setting. This person will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, as well as a passion for technology training and a patient approach. This person must be well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, NetDocs, Litera Create, and other legal-specific systems.
