Position Description:
A global law firm seeks an Executive Assistant to be responsible for increasing attorney effectiveness by providing administrative support to a group of successful Litigators. This person will be responsible for maintaining attorneys' calendars by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, depositions, and travel, as well as managing internal filing systems. The Executive Assistant is expected to communicate with and obtain information from clients and other parties, ensure the timely completion of delegated assignments, and respond quickly to changing demands and priorities.
Required Skills:
This position requires five or more years of experience within a midsized or large law firm’s litigation practice group. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills such as working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. This person must also have strong interpersonal skills, work well with a team, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-105,000 /annual
