Position Description:
An esteemed law firm seeks an IP Litigation Paralegal to work with a team of attorneys to support clients with patent, trademark, and copyright matters. The person in this role will manage the docket of upcoming deadlines and conduct domestic and foreign filings. This person will be tasked with drafting, proofreading and revising practice-specific documents and conducting legal research with online databases such as the USPTO site. The IP Litigation Paralegal will also assist with organizing exhibits and other tasks associated with trial preparation and trial proceedings.

Required Skills:
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of experience in IP Litigation. The qualified candidate will be well-versed with related terminology, procedures, and filing requirements. This person must be highly organized, a self-starter, and a team player. Prior trial experience is strongly preferred.

Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-115,000 /annual
