Position Description:
A thriving law firm seeks a Legal Secretary to support Litigators in the Newark, New Jersey office. This role will involve managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements, and proactively responding to any changes that arise. This individual will be responsible for generating a variety of correspondence and reports, organizing materials for upcoming meetings, and alerting the attorney of any outstanding business or potential issues. The Legal Secretary will also produce and edit documents, track time entries, and assist with other administrative tasks for the attorneys.

Required Skills:
This position requires at least five years of experience working in an administrative capacity within a Secretarial Department. The qualified candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well in a high-pressure setting, proficiency multitasking effectively, and exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. The Legal Secretary must be a team player who can quickly adjust to changing demands and apply a detail-oriented approach.

Annual Salary (US$): 80,000-95,000 /annual
