Position Description:
A law firm in Manhattan seeks an experienced Legal Recruiting Manager to direct entry-level and lateral associate recruiting efforts for the firm’s U.S. offices. This person will be responsible for scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending offers, as well as serving as an effective liaison with law schools and recruitment agencies. The Manager will be tasked with managing the summer associate program, organizing and attending law school recruiting events, and identifying ways to enhance future outcomes. The Legal Recruiting Manager will also oversee alumni engagement, in addition to developing and monitoring the annual budget for legal recruiting activities.
Required Skills:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of recruiting experience in a law firm. The person selected for this opportunity will demonstrate excellent communication skills, have strong attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities. This individual must also be knowledgeable in talent acquisition best practices, trends, and techniques.
Annual Salary (US$): 175,000-225,000 /annual
