Position Description:
A successful law firm in Manhattan seeks a Human Resources Generalist who will work closely with the CHRO, attorneys, and business services professionals. This position will involve contributing to all facets of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and professional development. The HR Generalist will oversee the recruiting process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and serving as a liaison to candidates and search firms. The HR Generalist will also be tasked with maintaining knowledge of HR best practices and reporting requirements.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of HR Generalist experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills who can comfortably work with executive management. In addition, an effective HR Generalist is a strong planner and organizer who can work effectively under tight deadlines while also managing projects independently.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-120,000 /annual
