Position Description:
A downtown Manhattan law firm is seeking a Billing Coordinator for the New York office. The Billing Coordinator will perform standard billing and client accounting processes, including processing proformas and client invoices as well as supporting related inquiries and reporting. The Billing Coordinator will also help attorneys and assistants in understanding billing processes, policies, and procedures and aid Accounts Receivable and Collections staff in resolving or preventing billing errors.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a qualified candidate with a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of law firm billing experience. The Billing Coordinator must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and prioritize responsibilities. The qualified individual will also have a strong work ethic, a positive can-do attitude, flexibility, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. Elite or Aderant experience is also required.
Annual Salary (US$): 95,000-110,000 /annual
