Position Description:
An international law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys within the Emerging Companies Practice; this role can be based in New York or California. The Paralegal will oversee general corporate client maintenance, including maintaining corporate records as well as stock and option administration. Additionally, the Corporate Paralegal will prepare drafts of various agreements, certificates, and closing documents, perform entity searches, and setup and monitor extranets. This person will also assist in conducting due diligence reviews and other related research.
Required Skills:
The firm is seeking a qualified candidate who possesses a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of paralegal experience. The individual in this role must have the ability to establish effective working relationships with lawyers and staff, clients, and other professionals. The skilled candidate will have the confidence to take initiative, exercise discretion, and apply independent judgement.
Annual Salary (US$): 80,000-150,000 /annual
