Position Description:
A progressive law firm seeks an Associate Director of Business Development to support attorneys in the firm’s Regulatory Practices. The person in this role will be tasked with devising strategic client development plans, targeting new client bases, and tracking the ROI of marketing investments. This person will lead a team in the collection of competitive intelligence, the generation of distinctive RFPs, and the organization of events or sponsorships. The Associate Director will also be responsible for tracking significant transactions, collaborating with PR professionals on media outreach activities, and updating marketing collateral.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a Business Development professional with a Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of related experience, including previous exposure to a firm’s Regulatory Practice. The person selected for this role will demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills, an innovative approach to marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. This person must also be able to manage a team and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Annual Salary (US$): 200,000-250,000 /annual
