Position Description:
A leading law firm seeks a Business Development Manager to support the firm’s global Litigation practice. This Partner-facing role will involve leading client engagement initiatives, identifying cross-selling and profile-raising opportunities, and developing strategic business plans. The BD Manager will be responsible for preparing pitches and RFP responses, executing all directory submissions, and maintaining practice group experience lists. This person will also support departmental projects such as managing budgets, planning events, and updating content on the website.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a legal marketing professional with at least five years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree. The qualified applicant will have a proactive approach, the ability to work closely with Senior Partners, and excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills. This person should also have the ability to implement new processes, lead initiatives within a fast-paced setting, and mentor junior team members.
Annual Salary (US$): 160,000-200,000 /annual
