Position Description:
A prestigious law firm is seeking an Assistant Managing Clerk to assist with all filings, service of papers, and litigation procedures. The person in this role will advise attorneys and staff on state, federal, and local rules, and must therefore remain informed on related changes, best practices, and trends. This position will involve calendaring deadlines and upcoming trials and updating the firm’s electronic databases. This individual will be responsible for responding to inquiries or requests from attorneys, reviewing documents for accuracy, and coordinating services for vendors, as well as providing general litigation support.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a qualified professional with three or more years of experience in a Managing Clerk’s Office. This individual must be knowledgeable of court rules and procedures, proficient with relevant software, and familiar with electronic filings. This person should also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a detail-oriented approach.
Annual Salary (US$): 110,000-140,000 /annual
