Position Description:
A highly ranked law firm seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant to support a prominent Partner in the firm’s Restructuring Practice. This role will involve overseeing the Partner’s calendar, coordinating domestic and global travel arrangements, and processing expense reports. The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing logistics for upcoming meetings, preparing agendas and presentations, and communicating regularly with clients. This individual will also be tasked with monitoring billable hours to prepare client invoices as well as typing correspondence, documents, and reports.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks a candidate with a proactive work ethic and 10+ years of legal support experience. This person should demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, experience in calendar management, and a strong attention to detail. It is essential for the Legal Administrative Assistant to be able to work well independently while prioritizing assignments and responding quickly to changing demands.
