Position Description:

An outstanding law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support several Partners and Associates within the Corporate Department. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for time entry, client invoicing, new client and matter intake, and the organization of the attorneys’ workloads. The person in this role will be tasked with typing, formatting, revising, and editing a variety of documents and correspondence. The Administrative Assistant will also be in charge of scheduling and coordinating conference calls, meetings, travel arrangements, and client appointments.

Position Requirements:

The firm is seeking an individual with 5+ years of experience within a large law firm setting. Advanced computer skills are necessary to handle the workload, and proficiency in MS Office Suite is a must. The successful candidate will be a positive self-starter who regularly demonstrates initiative in addition to multi-tasking and prioritizing all assignments. The ideal applicant will have excellent proofreading, administrative, and client service skills, the ability to handle a high-volume desk, and a strong attention to detail.
