Position Description:
A law firm with a collegiate culture seeks a Marketing & Business Development Assistant to join the New York office. This position provides the opportunity to learn all facets of legal marketing and client relations. The person in this role will assist with the preparation of pitches, proposals, presentations, press releases, and content for the firm website. He or she will be responsible for conducting research on clients, contributing to the execution of events, and providing support during seminars or sponsorships. This role will also involve completing routine administrative tasks such as updating databases and client contact lists.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks an enthusiastic individual with a bachelor’s degree and a strong desire to pursue a career in legal marketing. The individual selected for this opportunity will demonstrate an ability to efficiently manage assignments, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive work ethic. He or she should also be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing programs.
