Position Description:
A prosperous global law firm is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join the Conflict Department. This position will involve working closely with a talented team of professionals on the identification, review, analysis, and resolution of conflicts of interest. This person will support attorneys with the review and evaluation of new business intake forms, including conducting extensive research and due diligence. The Senior Analyst will also be tasked with maintaining and updating conflict-related databases as well as generating and analyzing conflicts reports for lateral hires.
Position Requirements:
The qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a conflicts role. Experience with legal systems and applications is preferred, including LegalKEY, Capital IQ, Mergent Conflict Search, Intapp Open, and Upfront. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and a quick study, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
