Position Description:
A global law firm is seeking a Marketing and Competitive Intelligence Senior Manager to play a leadership role within the department and provide valuable insights to Partners, Firm Leadership, and the Business Development Team. This position will involve providing research and analysis to support the firm’s client feedback, pitch strategy, and industry programs, as well as monitoring news and changes regarding the firm’s key clients and industry sectors. The Senior Manager will oversee the effective use of marketing technology systems, support the firm’s data strategy function, and identify additional tools and resources that would be beneficial for the firm. This person will also mentor and manage other team members, coordinate services with outside vendors, and manage departmental budgets and project scopes.
Required Skills:
In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree and at least seven years of experience, the qualified applicant will have impeccable communication, project management, and research skills. This person should have a detail-oriented approach, the ability to think analytically and problem-solve effectively, and experience working in a global environment. The Senior Manager should also be able to motivate a team, work collaboratively across departments, and manage multiple deliverables within set timeframes. This person must also be proficient with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Foundation.
Annual Salary (US$): 170,000-200,000 /annual
