Position Description:
A National Union Organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Chairperson in a one-on-one working relationship. This role will involve managing a highly active calendar of appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and completing expense reports, as well as reviewing and preparing confidential correspondence and materials. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for communicating regularly with board members, vendors, and other staff members and building relationships crucial to the success of the organization. This person will also record and maintain minutes for Trustee Meetings, update internal filing systems, and coordinate a variety of filings.
Required Skills:
This role requires at least seven years of executive support experience, with a preference for individuals who have previously worked within the health insurance industry. This person must demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and a resourceful attitude. The Executive Assistant should also be committed to the goals of the organization and flexible to work in-person and overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.
Annual Salary (US$): 130,000-150,000 /annual
