Position Description:
A terrific law firm is seeking an Applications Engineer to join the IT Department of the New York office. This position will involve maintaining the firm’s desktop infrastructure within a MacOS environment, including deploying, packaging, and debugging applications as needed. This person will also oversee remote access through Citrix and VPN, develop and update software documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all applications are delivered in a timely and user-friendly manner. In addition, the Engineer will manage PCs and applications using SCCM and Intune.
Required Skills:
This role requires five years of experience as an Applications Engineer and expert-level knowledge of MacOS, including deploying and managing applications in a professional services setting. Additional qualifications include knowledge of scripting languages and applications such as SCCM and Intune, as well as the ability to recommend improvements to the firm’s IT architecture. The firm is seeking a proactive individual with strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Annual Salary (US$): 130,000-150,000 /annual
