Position Description:
A thriving law firm is hiring a Business Development Manager to oversee the development of pitches, RFP responses, and marketing materials to garner new business from current or prospective clients. This position will involve strategizing best practices for the M&A Practice, offering clear advice on client expansion opportunities, and providing one-on-one coaching to the attorneys. Moreover, the BD Manager will partner with attorneys to coordinate sponsorships, events, and speaking engagements, provide mentorship to a team of junior professionals, and track the results of new initiatives, while ensuring a cohesive marketing approach across offices and practice areas.

Required Skills:
The preferred candidate will have more than six years’ experience in legal business development, and will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. This person will have an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, InterAction, and various e-marketing software, as well as excellent proofreading, writing, and editing skills.

Annual Salary (US$): 150,000-185,000 /annual
