Position Description:
A global law firm is seeking a Practice Manager to play a key role in the continued growth of the firm’s global M&A Practice. Working closely with the Practice Group Heads, Partners, and Associates, the Practice Manager will direct activities related to performance management, staffing and utilization, business development, and professional development. The Practice Manager will be tasked with becoming knowledgeable about the practice areas and individual attorneys in order to execute strategic development projects.

Required Skills:
The firm seeks a former practicing attorney who is interested in focusing on operations, personnel management, and strategic initiatives. The Practice Manager must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong influencing capabilities, and sound judgment to effectively gain credibility and trust. This person should also demonstrate an inclusive approach and the ability to build consensus and find creative solutions.

Annual Salary (US$): 180,000-200,000 /annual
Required Education: Doctorate
