Position Description:
A highly acclaimed law firm seeks a qualified Billing Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the entire billing process for several attorneys. The person in this role will work on complex bills while adhering to client billing guidelines, including reviewing pre-bills for accurate rates, discounts, and formatting. The Billing Coordinator will be in charge of sending electronic invoices and ensuring that all e-billing issues are identified and promptly resolved. In this role, the Billing Coordinator will monitor all aspects of WIP to meet deadlines in addition to having direct communication with partners, secretaries, and collections professionals.
Required Skills:
The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four years of applicable work experience in a large law firm setting. The Billing Coordinator should be computer proficient with strong MS Excel and Word skills, as well as a billing platform such as Elite or Aderant. The qualified individual will have strong written and oral communication abilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-100,000 /annual
