Position Description:
The HR Department of a New York based law firm seeks an HRIS Manager to oversee the firm’s HR systems, data reporting, and related analytics. This position will involve contributing to functionality design and workflows, testing and implementing new functions, and managing permissions, access, and other settings for users. The HRIS Manager will be tasked with tracking and evaluating EEO, headcount, and diversity related statistics, ensuring data integrity, and working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a high level of service. This person will also provide training to new hires, create new codes when needed, and incorporate performance review processes into the HRIS system.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks an HRIS professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience, including advanced proficiency with an HRIS system such as UltiPro, Workday, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with viGlobal is highly desirable. This person must have knowledge of reporting tools as well as strong communication, project management, and analytical thinking skills. Additionally, the HRIS Manager must be able to synthesize complex findings, maintain confidentiality, and communicate with firm leadership.
Annual Salary (US$): 150,000-170,000 /annual
