Position Description:
A dynamic law firm seeks a Managing Clerk to contribute to the continued success of the firm’s Litigators. This significant position will involve advising the attorneys and staff on filing procedures as well as state and federal court proceedings. The person in this role will be responsible for servicing all documents, monitoring pending cases, and alerting attorneys of upcoming filing deadlines. This individual will also be tasked with conducting research, updating electronic databases, and corresponding with representatives from the courts.

Required Skills:
The firm seeks a qualified professional with least three years of related experience in a Managing Clerk’s Office. This individual must be knowledgeable of court rules and procedures, proficient with electronic discovery software, and familiar with electronic filings. This person should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment.

Annual Salary (US$): 95,000-125,000 /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
