A global law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join the New York office. This role will involve mentoring and supervising junior team members, setting business development strategy for individual attorneys, and collaborating with the CMO on firm-wide projects. The Manager will be responsible for directing RFP processes, creating tailored marketing materials, and preparing survey submissions. This individual will also be tasked with serving as a marketing subject matter expert and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and brand enhancement.
In order to be successful in this position, a candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least six years of legal business development experience, with at least three years at a managerial level. The qualified Manager will have a creative approach, highly developed communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of firm personnel. This individual will demonstrate a resilient work ethic, superior organizational skills, and adaptability to changing demands.
Annual Salary (US$): 170,000-185,000 /annual
