Position Description:
A Midtown law firm is seeking a Practice Administrator to join the Securities Practice. The role will help to lead the department’s operations, including contributing to projects and initiatives related to staffing and utilization, marketing, talent acquisition, professional development, and budgeting. The Administrator will support professional development programs, track departmental calendars, and ensure a cohesive workflow. This person will also contribute to hiring and performance review processes, track departmental expenditures, and plan a variety of events and team-building exercises.

Required Skills:
The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in a law firm. The right person will have excellent technical skills, strong emotional intelligence, and a proactive work ethic. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism during high-stress situations. This person must be flexible to travel and/or work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.

Annual Salary (US$): 105,000-140,000 /annual
