Position Description:
An esteemed law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Client Development Manager to strategize and drive business development efforts within the Litigation group. The Client Development Manager will draft the business plan, conduct a yearly W/L analysis, and manage the department budget. The Senior CD Manager will work directly with attorneys to lead client team efforts, drive action items to completion, and manage the RFP/pitch processes for the industry group. The Senior CD Manager will act as the representative for the global department at practice and mentor junior members of the team.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a JD Degree, eight years of legal marketing experience, and two years of team management experience. The qualified candidate will have experience with strategic BD plans and pitching. International practice exposure would be a plus.
