Position Description:
A leading law firm is seeking a Client Development Manager to work closely with attorneys within the Litigation group in any of their CA offices. The CD Manager will lead overall business development efforts for the firm-wide practice and provide support for individual partners’ objectives. The role will involve preparing and maintaining pitches, RFPs, and other marketing materials and collaborating with other managers on initiatives such as seminars, events, and speaking opportunities. The Client Development Manager will also train and mentor other team members, identify ways to enhance the practice’s visibility and capitalize on business opportunities with new or prospective clients.
Required Skills:
The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least six years of legal marketing experience, including two years in a supervisory role. The firm is seeking someone with strong project management, time management, and communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and attorneys. The ideal applicant will have experience with strategic business development planning, with a preference for those with in-depth knowledge of Litigation matters.
Annual Salary (US$): 165-185K /annual
