Position Description:
A Midtown law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join the firm’s exceptional Capital Markets Practice. This role will involve supporting attorneys with all facets of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and entity formation, as well as the preparation of organizational documents and corporate resolutions. The Paralegal will be responsible for forming legal entities, maintaining corporate records, and assisting with pre- and post-closing processes. This person will also be tasked with preparing and submitting Section 13 and Section 16 filings as well as applying for Edgar Codes.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a career paralegal with at least eight years of related experience. This person must have excellent organization, proofreading, and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. The Paralegal should also be able to collaborate effectively with others while managing independent projects in a fast-paced setting.
Annual Salary (US$): 110,000-130,000 /annual
